Samarth Fresh Flour is operated by Priti Khadatkar (sole trader), ABN 73 522 069 631, Westmead NSW 2145, Australia. We use personal information only where reasonably necessary to provide ordering, payment, pickup, delivery, account and customer-support services.
Information collected
We may collect your name, email address, mobile number, suburb, delivery address, order notes, selected products, fulfilment preference and account information if you create an account. Guest checkout is also available.
Payments and card information
Orders may be paid by PayID or by card through Stripe Checkout. PayID payments are made through the customer's own bank using the displayed PayID; this website does not collect online-banking credentials. For Stripe card payments, relevant order and customer information is sent to Stripe to process the payment. Samarth Fresh Flour does not directly receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes.
How information is used
Customer information is used to save and manage orders, prepare invoices, arrange pickup or delivery, calculate or approve delivery details, verify payment status, provide order updates through WhatsApp or email, maintain customer accounts where requested, prevent abuse or fraud, and respond to support requests.
Cookies and browser storage
The website may use session cookies and browser storage to keep customers signed in, remember the shopping cart, maintain checkout references and support security controls. Customers can clear browser storage through their browser, although doing so may sign them out or remove an unsent cart.
Sharing
Information may be shared with payment, hosting, mapping, email, WhatsApp or delivery-related service providers only where needed to provide the requested service, protect the website, or comply with legal obligations. We do not sell customer personal information.
Security and retention
Reasonable technical and operational measures are used to restrict access to customer and order information. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for order fulfilment, record keeping, support, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
